Not from the South and want to Direct? Our USS Model Program is open to all States. Come on board with us and send your queens to our Model Competition.

Requirements:
-
Excellent moral character with strong ethical values.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Must have pageant experience to know how a pageant is conducted, or be willing to learn.

Must have a strong commitment to community as our Special Needs division is very important to us.

Must be a little "extra". If you have been told that you are extra or think outside the box, then you will be a perfect fit for us. We are not a glitz system, but often refer to ourselves as "glittery" - a scholarship style pageant with lots of bling.
What is the cost to direct?

There is no cost to direct, however; you must purchase your crowns and sashes up front to get started. We take pride in offering the best crowns and sashes in the industry. Your crowns and sashes are your marketing tools as they are seen in the community. The rest of the prizes and awards are extra. Please know that our state crowns are full, custom crowns with our overall title sashes (to the right) being provided by Christine Warren in 2025. Each set is approximately $120 plus shipping. This does not include your venue, trophies (if you offer them), judges, or any other pageant expenses except the crowns and sashes.
