Directorship positions are open in the following states. Directors should have the experience necessary to organize a pageant with minimal assistance from the national team. Pageantry is a passion for us; however, we have full-time jobs outside the pageant world. Additionally, we do not plan year-round. We resume pageant activities on January 1 of the competition year, ensuring our queens can enjoy their titles throughout the entire year..

Requirements:

Excellent moral character with strong ethical values.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Must have pageant experience to know how a pageant is conducted with very little input from the State office.

Must have a strong commitment to community as our Special Needs division is very important to us.

We are not a glitz pageant system. While we do allow for some bling, we prefer to think of ourselves as glittery - a scholarship-style pageant with a touch of glam. Pretty dresses and makeup are allowed in this system.
How does sponsorship work?

There is no cost to send contestants to us! We will cover the $195 registration fee for each of your winners and promote your pageant on our webpage and social media pages. Additionally, we will provide you with printed or emailed certificates for your winners (you choose) and a link to the handbook (or you may purchase hard copies).

You choose your own venue, plan, and host your event as we are not involved in the planning, production, or any other aspects of your pageant. We are also not financially responsible for any expenses incurred for your pageant. Your pageant is a separate venture.

What is the cost to direct at the State level (not a sponsored event)?

There is no cost to direct, however; you must purchase your crowns and sashes up front to get started. We take pride in offering the best crowns and sashes in the industry. Your crowns and sashes are your marketing tools as they are seen in the community. The rest of the prizes and awards are extra. Please know that our state crowns are full, custom crowns with our overall title sashes (to the right) being provided by Christine Warren in 2025. Each set is approximately $125 plus shipping. This does not include your venue, trophies (if you offer them), judges, or any other pageant expenses except the crowns and sashes.
